Yin & Yoga Nidra

The practice of yin yoga allows us to access deep into a stretch, giving us greater flexibility and energy flow. Postures are done in a sitting or lying position and are held for several minutes. It takes effort but creates ease! The practice of yoga nidra allows us to let our body sleep while staying mentally conscious. This gives us deep relaxation which creates a rest that is very healing and beneficial. We feel sure you will enjoy this fantastic combination!
