What are the goals of Downtown POP?
The Downtown POP connects entrepreneurs with brick and mortar spaces on a temporary basis to facilitate the vision of vibrant retail in downtown Johnson City. Our goal is to support small businesses, makers and entrepreneurs of all types to properties where they can thrive.

What is Provided?
Downtown POP provides turn-key white-box retail environments. The spaces include signage opportunities, prominent window displays, basic lighting, and a flexible open floor-plan for individual tenants.
Downtown POP additionally provides marketing support through social media promotions and marketing efforts. Additional marketing opportunities are available during special events.
How to Apply:
If you’re interested in applying for our Downtown POP grant that will help cover your short term lease, for 4-6 weeks and can be open in 2021, see the link below. We will ask that you either attend CO.STARTERS, work with a business consultant provided through TSBDC or already have a business and are looking to expand into a different market.
